AG1 is seeking a VP of E-Commerce to lead the execution and optimization of the International E-Commerce (EU & APAC) business while shaping the long-term strategy. This role reports to the President, International, and requires a strategic operator who can set direction and drive improvements. The VP of E-Commerce will partner with global and regional teams across various departments.
The role involves:
- Developing and implementing the e-commerce strategy for the International market.
- Leading digital teams across operational and commercial populations.
- Overseeing the design, functionality, and optimization of the e-commerce platform(s).
- Coordinating with logistics and supply chain teams.
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce performance.
- Working closely with growth marketing teams to align business objectives.
- Ensuring that the e-commerce platform adheres to legal requirements.
- Managing relationships with external vendors.
- Developing and managing the budget for e-commerce operations.
The ideal candidate should have:
- 15+ years of experience in consumer product/DTC e-commerce, digital marketing, or consumer technology.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing techniques, and analytics tools.
- Experience in managing e-commerce operations across multiple countries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
