Huntress is seeking a Manager, Channel Account Management to lead the APAC Account Management team. The role involves driving revenue through partner engagement, expansion, and retention. The manager will work closely with Revenue leadership and Marketing to develop creative ways to help partners achieve their business objectives.
  • Managing a team of quota-carrying individual contributors.
  • Achieving team plan based on expansion metrics and renewal rates.
  • Maintaining and reinforcing Huntress’ culture.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with partner organizations.
  • Developing creative ways to engage with partners.
Requirements include:
  • 2+ years of experience managing customer/Account Management teams or managing 3rd party Channel Sales teams, ideally focused on mid-market and below
  • Strong knowledge of the MSP space, preferably related to the cyber-security industry
  • Experience with Salesforce, or other similar CRM platforms
  • Passionate about working in the partner community
  • Strong bias to action
