Job Description
Cisco ThousandEyes is seeking a Director of Product to define the strategy and vision for their Network & Application Synthetics product. This role involves leading a team of product managers and collaborating with Cisco counterparts to drive growth and innovation across the Cisco ecosystem. The Director will own the Network & Application Synthetics roadmap, working on existing and emerging products, and shaping a data-driven, AI-powered vision to improve user experiences. What this role involves:
  • Defining product vision and strategy
  • Owning the product roadmap
  • Leading and mentoring a team of product managers
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs
  • Guiding the team in leveraging data and AI technologies

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of product management experience
  • Strong understanding of networking, cloud-based services, and/or application monitoring
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Passion for AI-driven solutions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated success in partnering with large enterprise teams
