Alchemy is seeking an Office and Events Coordinator to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of its Bucharest office. This role is crucial in creating a productive and welcoming environment for the team and visitors. This is an onsite role, requiring the coordinator's presence in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Work with external vendors and contractors to maintain the office.
- Prepare the office for each workday.
- Collaborate on company events.
- Manage office operations and inventory.
- Provide a professional experience for visitors.
- Develop and implement office procedures.
- Support the Site Leadership team with ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a dynamic office environment.
- Familiarity with digital office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Notion, Zoom).
- English language proficiency.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
