Dott, a micro-mobility company that recently merged with TIER, is seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to join their Payments & Onboarding team. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining payment and onboarding features within Dott's consumer iOS application.

The role involves:

  • Developing and maintaining payment and onboarding features.
  • Ensuring stability, performance, and security of user flows.
  • Addressing technical debt and performance bottlenecks.
  • Shipping app updates and monitoring application health.
  • Collaborating with product and design teams.
  • Participating in code reviews.
  • Improving development processes and tooling.

Requirements for the role:

  • Passion for technology and a user-centric approach.
  • Strong product ownership mentality.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Swift and familiarity with iOS best practices.
  • 5+ years of experience in developing and shipping B2C iOS applications at scale.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
