Zenoti is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive sales and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will convert qualified leads, generate their own leads through outbound prospecting, and develop detailed business plans to achieve quota and goals.
- Converting qualified leads and closing deals
- Generating leads through outbound prospecting
- Driving business plans for quota attainment
- Conducting thorough customer discovery
- Being a strategic business partner for new customers
- Facilitating smooth customer handoffs
- Upselling additional products and services
Requirements include:
- 8+ years of experience in customer-facing technology sales
- Knowledge of sales processes
- Account management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Experience in the spa, salon, fitness, and/or beauty & wellness industry is a plus
