Zenoti is seeking a Product Support Specialist to educate customers about the company's products and services within the beauty and wellness industry. The Product Support Specialist will work within the Customer Support Team and report to the Director of Customer Support team. They will present informative pitches, answer questions, and assist customers by explaining features and providing troubleshooting tips. Zenoti is an all-in-one, cloud-based software solution that helps users manage online appointment bookings, POS, CRM, employee management, and more.
- Escalating requests and issues to appropriate internal teams.
- Scheduling medical services accurately and linking orders to appointments.
- Acting as a direct contact with internal and external customers.
- Tracking and reporting on support metrics and team performance.
- Managing the overall strategy for product support coverage.
- Recording detailed information into a work order/service ticketing system.
- Analyzing system requirements and existing business processes.
- Identifying training opportunities for sales partners.
- Writing test plans and test cases.
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience supporting web-based enterprise applications.
- 3+ years working for a support team with a technology-centric background.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work with cutting-edge technology and assimilate information rapidly.
- Experience in managing a service and support-focused team culture.
- Ability to handle ambiguous situations.
- Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
