The successful candidate will partner with the sales team, providing technical product expertise to potential customers and assisting with technical first impressions of the product platform. This role involves diving into product details and offering insightful assistance to enhance customers’ security posture.
Role Involves:
- Articulating security problems to diverse audiences.
- Partnering with customers to enhance their security posture.
- Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering to voice customer needs.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Traveling up to 50% of the time to meet customers.
- Presenting in front of groups.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or similar role.
- Experience in endpoint or network security (AV, EDR, incident response, etc.).
- Experience working with MSPs and/or VARs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Second languages are advantageous (Dutch and German).
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
