Aspire is seeking a Channel Partnerships Manager to drive business expansion through acquiring and maintaining channel partners, servicing their referred clients. This role reports to the Channel Partnerships Lead and requires a results-driven individual with strong sales, analytical, communication, and relationship management skills. Aspire is a leading all-in-one financial operating system empowering innovators and entrepreneurs. The Channel Partnerships Manager will:
- Advocate for partners and customers acquired through the partnerships.
- Build and maintain a portfolio of channel partners to acquire new accounts and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent partner and customer experiences.
- Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
Minimum requirements include:
- 5+ years of experience selling payments, cards, and FX to SMBs in partnership roles, ideally within Fintech.
- Familiarity with e-Commerce, marketplaces, and influencer communities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese is necessary.
