Remote is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join their Sales team, focusing on the ANZ region. This role involves identifying and qualifying outbound leads, sourcing new prospects, and clearly communicating Remote's value propositions. The successful candidate will support the Account Executive team, create target prospect lists, and conduct cold calls to initiate sales cycles.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to, engaging, and qualifying outbound leads and inquiries.
- Sourcing new sales prospects and reaching out to them to book appointments for Account Executives.
- Clearly communicating Remote's value propositions to prospects and learning about their needs.
- Providing support to the Account Executive team as needed.
- Creating target prospects lists and penetrating key accounts.
- Cold calling into prospects generated by outside sources.
- Identifying key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions.
Requirements include:
- Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools.
- Experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and diligent work ethic.
- Fluent English writing and speaking skills.
