Box, a leading Content Cloud provider, is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their team in Sydney. This role involves outbound prospecting within new logos and the existing customer base, partnering with Enterprise Account Executives and Marketing Teams to generate qualified sales leads and new deal opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a sales-driven self-starter eager to advance their sales career at Box.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Conduct high-level discovery calls with Senior Executives.
  • Build, prioritize, and qualify strategic target account lists.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest through cold calls and email campaigns.
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline.
  • Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and communicate how Box can solve them.
  • Consistently achieve quota to ensure territory revenue and growth objectives.
  • Maintain the Salesforce.com system and provide metrics on leads.

Requirements:
  • No prior experience is required, but ambition and desire to grow in a sales career are essential.
  • Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Four-year degree OR 4+ years of professional experience.
