Office Manager and Executive Assistant, EMEA at Lucid Software

Lucid Software is seeking an Office Manager and Executive Assistant to support their Amsterdam team and ensure the smooth operations of the EMEA office. The role requires a friendly, flexible individual with excellent organizational and communication skills and a passion for Lucid Software's culture and products. This role needs someone energetic, efficient, independent, organized, and detail-oriented to keep our office running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Keep staff informed and be the go-to person for office information.
• Anticipate office needs and plan for the company's growth.
• Maintain an efficient, organized, and fully stocked office.
• Act as a liaison with office vendors.
• Maintain the office's biophilic design.
• Assist with onboarding employees and managing badges.
• Oversee the planning and execution of corporate events.
• Directly support one executive team member.
• Lead the Emergency Response Team.
• Support all departments as needed.
