IT Corporate SR Analyst

EBANX is seeking an IT Corporate SR Analyst to join their IT team in Curitiba. The role focuses on ensuring the availability and proper functioning of the technology infrastructure through support and implementation of solutions. The professional will be responsible for monitoring and managing internet links, performing firewall maintenance, and supporting the internal network with access point configurations. They will manage IT assets, provide support for corporate events, and offer VIP support to executives.Responsibilities include managing security policies, configurations via Autopilot for Windows and JAMF for Mac, and ensuring IT device security. The analyst will apply ITIL framework principles and utilize the ServiceNow platform for configurations, implementations, catalog creation, and API integration. Communication across hierarchical levels is crucial, with a focus on service excellence and SLA compliance.Additionally, the role involves administering Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Google Workspace, including account management, permission controls, security policy implementation, and user support. Infrastructure project management, negotiation with suppliers, technical solution definition, and team engagement are also key aspects of the role.
