EBANX is seeking a Payroll and Global Mobility Senior Analyst. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing across various countries while also supporting global mobility programs. The analyst will focus on enhancing efficiency and accuracy through process improvements and automation. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with stakeholders across different regions and cultures.Here’s what the role involves:
  • Ensuring accurate and timely execution of payroll processes, including compliance with local and international tax and labor regulations.
  • Managing global mobility programs, coordinating expatriation, repatriation, and cross-border assignments, including visa, tax, and relocation support.
  • Partnering with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders to optimize payroll operations and ensure seamless integration with HR systems.
  • Supporting internal audits by ensuring proper documentation and adherence to payroll and global mobility controls.
  • Providing guidance and training to team members and stakeholders on payroll and mobility best practices.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for mobile employees, addressing inquiries related to payroll, relocation, benefits, and compliance issues.
Requirements for the role include:
  • Fluent in English
  • Previous experience with Payroll, Benefits or Global Mobility operations
  • Analytical profile, detail-oriented and solution-focused
  • Experience in cross-team and cross-functional collaboration to achieve common goals
  • Excellent communication skills
