EBANX, a leading payment platform, is seeking a Senior Regulatory Analyst in Argentina. This role is ideal for a proactive lawyer with a passion for the payments industry and experience in LATAM.He/she will be responsible for:
- Partner Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Provide legal guidance on compliance with Argentina and LATAM regulations.
- Regulatory Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor regulatory changes and deliver reports.
- Contract Drafting & Negotiation: Draft and negotiate contracts.
- Expansion Strategy: Lead legal support for company expansion across LATAM.
- Internal Training & Advisory: Provide internal training on legal and regulatory matters.
- Legal Presentations & Documentation: Prepare presentations for stakeholders.
- Experience in the payments industry and with companies regulated by the BCRA.
- Deep understanding of Argentine and LATAM regulatory frameworks.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Familiarity with the LATAM payments landscape.
- Fluency in English.
