EBANX, a leading payment platform, is seeking a Mid-level Product Designer to join their Product Team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the best experience for EBANX’s clients, from merchants to end-users, through strategic product management and project execution. The Product Designer will solve design problems by merging user needs and business objectives, creating minimalist solutions. They will collaborate with colleagues in the Product Team and other business areas to enhance existing products and deliver new ones.

Role Involves:

  • Using research and customer intelligence.
  • Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and analysts.
  • Sketching, ideating, and generating new concepts.
  • Designing flows and experiences that solve problems creatively and simply.
  • Ensuring assets are delivered on time in an understandable format.
  • Contributing to high-level strategic decisions.
  • Leading the UX culture and practice.

Requirements:

  • Passionate about building great products.
  • Experience as a web-based UX or Product Designer.
  • Experience working within digital products.
  • Adept at designing in lo-fi & hi-fi design software alike.
  • KPI/metrics-driven design.
  • Experience running customer interviews and usability tests.
  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of technology.
  • Self-driven and organized.
  • Great communication skills in English.
