Frontend Developer - React Native & React (Hybrid) at Momence

Momence is seeking a Frontend Developer to join their team in Prague. The company is a next-gen booking and communications platform for experience-based businesses. The role involves contributing to the development of a modern product within a US startup, collaborating with a Czech-based engineering team.

The Frontend Developer will work on both mobile and web development, focusing primarily on designing, building, and maintaining React Native mobile applications for iOS and Android. There will also be opportunities to contribute to Momence's web frontend and shared frontend platform.

What this role involves:

• Developing and maintaining mobile applications using React Native.
• Contributing to the web frontend (React).
• Improving and scaling the frontend platform.
• Collaborating with UI/UX designers.
• Iterating on new product features and influencing product direction.
• Ensuring high-quality code and efficient workflows.
• Engaging with backend services.

What Momence is looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in mobile development (React Native) or web development (React).
• Understanding of backend fundamentals (APIs, databases).
• Strong product mindset.
• Experience working with UI/UX teams.
• Ability to work from the Prague office at least three days a week.
• Comfort working in English.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
