Senior Consultant (low-code) at CLEVR

CLEVR is seeking a passionate Senior Consultant to drive digital transformation using Siemens and Mendix solutions. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and creating customized solutions using the Mendix platform.

The Senior Consultant will work collaboratively with clients and team members to develop effective solutions that meet business needs across different projects. They will provide advice on digital strategies and best practices using Mendix, coach and mentor junior consultants, and contribute to pre-sales activities and project estimations.

This role offers the opportunity to work with some of the best in the business, with access to certified Mendix consultants and MVPs. CLEVR provides training and workshops through its Mendix Academy and encourages knowledge sharing through internal guilds.

Role Involves:

• Collaborating with clients to understand business requirements.
• Designing and developing application models and user interfaces using Mendix.
• Conducting user training and providing documentation.
• Coaching and mentoring junior consultants.
• Sharing knowledge across teams.
• Staying updated with emerging trends in low-code development.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Mendix or another low-code platform.
• Experience in Java, HTML, Python, JSON/REST web services, and SQL databases (a bonus).
• Front-end development skills (UI, HTML5, CSS3, SASS) are a plus.
• Knowledge of object-oriented concepts, preferably in an agile environment.
• English and German proficiency (Dutch or Norwegian is a plus).
