CMBS New Issuance - Senior Analyst (NY)

Job Description

Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA) is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its CMBS new issuance ratings group in New York City. The Senior Analyst will be an integral part of teams responsible for transaction execution, conducting analysis for credit ratings to various CMBS transactions.Role involves:

• Conducting commercial real estate (CRE) property cash flow and valuation, and loan credit analysis.
• Presenting and defending analysis internally and externally.
• Preparing internal credit memos and transaction reports.
• Leading end-to-end transaction execution.
• Traveling to conduct site inspections of properties throughout the U.S.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least two to three years of relevant CRE finance experience.
• Proficiency in conducting analysis in Excel.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and manage timelines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools is a plus.
