This role focuses on demand generation, customer acquisition, and enhancing brand awareness. The Growth Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement localized marketing campaigns that yield significant business results. Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing the Iberian market to identify growth opportunities.
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to regional needs.
- Planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital ads, email marketing, and partnerships.
- Adapting content and messaging for the Iberian market, maintaining brand consistency.
- Monitoring campaign performance and providing actionable insights.
- Partnering with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
- Increasing brand visibility and establishing Broadvoice as a market leader through PR and events.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of marketing experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or CCaaS, with a focus on the Iberian market.
- Fluency in Spanish (native or near-native) and strong English proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Outreach Tools).
- Strong data analysis skills.
