Broadvoice is seeking a proactive Mid-Level Salesforce Administrator to enhance their Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Administrator will report to the Business Systems Manager and play a vital role in continually improving and enhancing the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the Salesforce platform and can translate technical information into layman’s terms. Experience with change management and governance is a must.

Responsibilities:
  • User and license management

  • Sandbox environment management
  • Requirement gathering and translation

  • Working with integrated applications


Requirements:
  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge
  • 2+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
  • Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience
  • Trailhead Badges/Super Badges
  • Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Experience in change management and governance
  • Training end users and key stakeholders
  • Proficient with English
