Broadvoice is seeking a Partner Development Specialist to support the channel development team in Portugal. This hybrid role, based in Lisbon, involves managing partner relationships, driving sales enablement, and contributing to the growth of the Broadvoice partner ecosystem. The Partner Development Specialist will report to the Sales Director, Portugal.
Role Involves:
- Maintaining relationships with channel partners, addressing inquiries, and providing assistance.
- Assisting in identifying potential partners and enhancing partner programs.
- Delivering basic training on company products and providing updated materials.
- Maintaining the partner sales pipeline in the CRM and collaborating to identify sales opportunities.
- Providing day-to-day support, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Assisting with co-branded campaigns, partner promotions, and event planning.
- Ensuring partner adherence to compliance standards and supporting contract renewals.
- Representing Broadvoice at events to identify opportunities and secure deals.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a commercial role, preferably in the SaaS software or Contact Center industry.
- Basic understanding of CCaaS and UCaaS technologies.
- Strong customer-focus and sales orientation.
- Experience in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Sales Navigator, and MS Office tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
- Comfortable presenting to individuals or groups.
- English proficiency.
- Availability to travel occasionally.
