Broadvoice is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their team in Colombia. This role focuses on pre-sales activities for the Contact Center area, including gathering requirements, preparing responses to RFIs and RFQs, and delivering technical presentations of the Contact Center solution. The Sales Engineer will also identify new features for development within Contact Center solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Pre-sales for the Contact Center area
  • Requirement gathering with customers
  • Preparation of responses to RFI’s
  • Preparation of response to RFQ’s
  • Preparation of response to Public Tenders
  • Technical Presentation of the Contact Center Solution
  • Identification of new features to be developed within the scope of Contact Center solutions

Requirements:

  • Higher qualification in engineering or similar
  • Experience in Contact Center operations
  • Pre-sales experience of voice and Contact Center software solutions
  • Previous experience in Team Management
  • Knowledge of Windows and operating systems, databases, IP voice, networks, and IP Protocols
  • Knowledge with scripting tools
  • Experience in coordination or project management
  • Fluency in English
  • Availability to travel
