Broadvoice is seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. This remote role, based in Portugal, involves developing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality. The QA Analyst will report to the QA Team Leader and contribute to improving QA processes and methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed test plans and test cases.
  • Execute manual testing across platforms, browsers, and mobile devices.
  • Identify, record, and track defects using issue tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers.
  • Perform regression testing and verify bug fixes during software releases.
  • Contribute to the improvement of QA processes.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in manual software testing.
  • Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, X-Ray) is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
