Demand Generation Marketing Manager APJ at Impact.com

impact.com is seeking a data-driven and strategic Demand Generation Marketing Manager to lead paid media efforts in the APJ region, particularly Australia and Southeast Asia. This role is crucial for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. The Demand Generation Marketing Manager will report to the RVP of Marketing, APJ, based in Sydney.

Responsibilities:

• Own paid search and paid social strategy across Google Ads and LinkedIn.
• Oversee budget allocation and campaign management to maximize ROI.
• Continuously optimize ad copy, design, and targeting for paid media channels.
• Collaborate with the design team to create engaging ad creatives.
• Leverage advanced targeting techniques to drive lead generation and awareness.
• Build and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards and report on key metrics.
• Collaborate with regional marketing and sales teams to optimize the full-funnel sales cycle.
• Identify and test new channels and innovative strategies for growth.
• Adhere to campaign launch calendars and timelines.
• Regularly report on performance to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of paid media/digital marketing experience, especially in paid search and paid social.
• B2B marketing experience, ideally at a SaaS company with a regional remit across APAC.
• Experience with campaign optimization and budget management.
• Strong collaboration and project management skills.
• Strong communicator who can efficiently communicate learnings and insights.
• Deep expertise with optimising to ROAS.
• Experience tracking and reporting on campaign performance.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Advanced analytical and data visualisation skills (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Looker Studio, Excel, Google sheets, etc.).
