The role involves:
- Learning and continuous prospecting.
- Representing impact.com at events.
- Leading with insights and providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Building and growing assigned territory.
- Achieving or exceeding individual quota by bringing in new clients.
- Managing sales cycles, engaging with stakeholders from end-users to C-level executives.
- Defining and executing engagement plans for key prospects.
- Managing pipeline and forecasting accurately.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of closing sales experience, preferably within SaaS and performance marketing/martech.
- Existing network in the SEA market.
- Ability to develop relationships with decision-makers.
- Understanding of the digital ecosystem landscape.
- Proven track record of achieving quarterly quotas and maintaining pipelines.
- Successful net new business sales experience with consistent delivery against targets.
- History of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of the company).
- Experience bringing innovative products to market.
- Ability to collaborate across internal teams.
- Contribution to team culture.
- Ability to travel if needed and work autonomously in a remote environment.
- Experience in performance, influencer, or affiliate marketing is a plus.
