In this role, the individual will be a product expert, utilizing the company's software suite to build stronger and more successful marketing campaigns for clients. The ideal candidate will possess good business sense, a solid understanding of the digital ecosystem, and critical thinking skills.Responsibilities include:
- Running platform training and consulting on contracts, finance, ad tracking, and reporting.
- Coordinating strategic initiatives.
- Coordinating customer communications regarding initiatives, outages, and marketing efforts.
- Distilling feedback from clients and managing the creation of necessary documentation.
- Following established processes for ticket creation and project tracking.
- Coordinating all renewal and expansion opportunities.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably B2B.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A consistent track record of providing stellar support to customers.
- Solid understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem.
- Initiative and flexibility.
