Impact.com is seeking a Growth Manager to join their team in Oslo. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people and technology, and obsessed with customer success. He will work together with fun and talented people from all over the world.

The Growth Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for global enterprise brands, and manage and optimize all types of partnerships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Learning, constantly
  • Providing strategic advice and consultation to advertisers
  • Attending events and representing the Impact.com brand
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Building and growing an assigned portfolio of customers
  • Managing budget and COS KPIs
  • Building close relationships with top partners in the market
  • Recruiting new partners to the local market
  • Achieving or exceeding client expectations and customer satisfaction
  • Constantly developing in the role and seeking new opportunities for clients
  • Developing campaign strategies, yearly plans, and seasonal peaks
  • Creating commission strategies and quarterly performance reviews

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer success, preferably within SaaS and performance marketing/martech
  • A network of advocates who will support their success in this role
  • The ability to reach and develop new relationships with partners within their territory and verticals
  • Prior experience driving growth and managing programs/customer relationships
  • An understanding of the digital ecosystem landscape and relationships
  • A track record of success in maintaining customer relationships and reaching growth targets
  • A track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
  • Experience in bringing innovative / market defining products to market within a competitive landscape
  • The ability to collaborate across internal teams to achieve business goals and objectives
  • Be a contributor to the team culture
  • The ability to travel if needed and work autonomously in a remote environment
  • Experience within performance, partner, or affiliate marketing is a plus
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English
  • Familiarity with tools like Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google apps (Gmail, Google Docs)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously
