impact.com is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to formulate technical solutions for potential clients. This role involves close collaboration with the Sales team, providing technical support during prospect meetings, designing implementation strategies, and offering expert knowledge to enable the Sales team's success. The candidate will be a technical expert, responsible for complex client integrations and troubleshooting.

What this role involves:
  • Managing technical integrations and onboarding for client platforms.
  • Collaborating with the Sales team to ensure solution feasibility.
  • Communicating with client tech teams, guiding them through implementation.
  • Managing troubleshooting for clients during integration processes.
  • Enabling the Sales team with product and technical knowledge.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales technical consulting/support (client-facing).
  • Qualified business communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or information systems; familiarity with JS and API development preferred.
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
