impact.com is seeking an Implementation Engineer to assist with proposing and implementing technical solutions for clients on the company’s SaaS platform. This role involves working alongside internal teams and interacting with clients to answer questions about the integration process and best practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Keeping up-to-date with impact.com’s technology and industry updates
  • Designing solutions and driving the technical implementation of new and existing impact.com clients
  • Leading technical conversations to scope and propose the best solutions based on clients’ business needs
  • Developing and contributing to the platform’s technical integration documentation
  • Working with the Onboarding team to provide customers with a streamlined onboarding experience
  • Supporting Sales and Pre-Sales teams as a product specialist and technical resource
  • Troubleshooting client issues during the onboarding process


Requirements:
  • Self-starter with a focus on creating and refining operational processes
  • Voracious learner who is willing to be out of their comfort zone
  • Passion for solving customer issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Phenomenal problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Solid knowledge of web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs
  • Experience in the design and implementation of client solutions on SaaS platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2-4 years working in a tech-focused role at a digital marketing or technology-focused company
