Impact.com is seeking an Implementation Engineer to manage technical solutions for clients, working alongside OSMs to design implementation plans and integrate systems post-sale. The ideal candidate will have a technology background to resolve complex integrations and address technical inquiries. This role also involves providing technical consulting during the pre-sale phase, collaborating with the Sales team.

What role involves:

  • Being familiar with company's products and solutions
  • Communicating with clients’ tech teams, proceeding clients’ technical integrations withxa0impact.com
  • Troubleshooting during technical integrations
  • Collaborating with OSM, pushing forward clients’ onboarding projects

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience supporting SaaS products
  • Bachelor degree or above in computer science or information systems, familiar with JS and API development is preferred
  • Experience of technical support or technical integration projects is preferred
  • Quick learning
  • Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
  • Chinese (Mandarin) and English communication
  • Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certificationxa0by PXA (Nice to have)
