The Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Impact.com will use expertise in software testing methodologies to develop effective testing strategies, documentation, and training for systemic improvements. Responsibilities include:

• Hands-on software testing of bugs, features, and complex systems
• Certifying the quality of new and modified functionality
• Analyzing requirements and developing test plans
• Creating, revising, and executing test cases
• Monitoring system health and reporting defects
• Writing and maintaining automated tests
• Reviewing and actioning pull requests
• Tracking quality metrics and leading improvement initiatives

Requirements include:

• Strong communication and programming skills
• Deep understanding of testing theory and SDLC/Agile methodologies
• Analytical work methodology and quick learning ability
• 8+ years in software testing, with 5+ years in test automation
