Impact, a global leader in Partnership Automation, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer III in Cape Town. The Senior Software Engineer III will work with CTO and engineering leaders and will be responsible for running various cross team initiatives, help build best in class software engineering culture and practices

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with CTO and engineering leaders across various GEOs
  • Manage projects from start to completion
  • Lead meetings, capture action items and ensure follow up
  • Work with engineering teams to establish various KPIs
  • Ensure various processes and best practices are followed throughout the Technology group
  • Work closely with HR and Technology leadership to establish career paths within the organization
  • Ensure best in class training and education is available for the Technology group

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree required
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in Software Development
  • Have been responsible for the entire lifecycle of designing, implementing, testing and deploy of software
  • Strong project management skills
  • Above all else - hungry, humble and smart.
