impact.com is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to establish a strong data analytics competency and meet the growing need for insights across the business. The Senior Data Analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret large and complex datasets to identify patterns and trends, develop insights, and provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in data analysis, statistics, data product development, and business reporting.
What this role involves:
- Partnering with stakeholders to understand their data needs.
- Collaborating with analytics engineers to develop data products.
- Conducting analysis of large datasets to identify patterns and trends.
- Developing and implementing advanced statistical models and algorithms.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and automated reports.
- Designing and implementing predictive models.
- Mentoring and guiding junior analysts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a data analysis, business intelligence, or data engineering role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Python and SQL, Python, Scala, or R coding skills.
- Strong data analysis and data visualization skills.
- Experience with the Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Azure, AWS, or similar cloud technologies preferred.
- Experience with DataBricks, PySpark, and BigQuery highly advantageous.
- Experience in managing analytics projects.
- Familiarity with machine learning libraries.
- Experience with standard statistical modeling and forecasting methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools and/or business intelligence tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience working in the digital marketing technology industry beneficial.
