Corporates Ratings- Senior Analyst (Dublin)

Job Description

Kroll Bond Rating Agency Europe Limited is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Corporates Ratings team in Dublin. The Senior Analyst will focus on conducting fundamental credit analysis and research across various sectors. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to produce timely corporate credit opinions. The Senior Analyst will also contribute to credit research, analyzing trends, key rating factors, and evolving credit metrics.

The individual will interact with senior management of corporate issuers and their advisors.

Role Involves:

• Preparing internal credit memos.
• Analyzing cash flows.
• Performing sector analysis.
• Publishing credit reports.
• Participating in sector research for investors and lenders.
• Assisting in the development of rating processes and analytical tools.
• Participating in issuer and investor meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in a relevant field.
• Two to three years of experience as a financial analyst.
• Prior fundamental credit training (including financial statement analysis).
• Ability to conduct due-diligence and interact with clients.
• Strong interest and experience in ratings, fixed income research, or capital markets.
• Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in corporate financial statement analysis.
• Excellent communication skills.
