Kroll Bond Rating Agency is seeking an Associate Director to join their Corporates Ratings team in London. The Associate Director will focus on conducting fundamental credit analysis and research across various sectors. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to produce timely corporate credit opinions. The individual will interact significantly with senior management of corporate issuers and their advisors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing internal credit memos and publishing credit reports.
  • Authoring sector research for investors and lenders.
  • Assisting in the development of rating processes and analytical tools.
  • Participating in issuer and investor meetings to explain KBRA methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a financial analyst.
  • Prior fundamental credit training (financial statement analysis).
  • Strong quantitative skills, including proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools is a plus.
