Elite Technology is seeking an Application Support Analyst to assist customers in effectively utilizing Elite 3E software. This role involves providing technical consultative application support for Elite's 3E product in a project-based environment.
The Application Support Analyst will be responsible for:
- Pulling service request tickets and documenting challenges.
- Using remote access utilities to replicate customer challenges.
- Leveraging internal knowledgebase resources for known solutions.
- Providing timely status updates and communicating complex business processes.
- Collaborating with team members to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Acquiring and maintaining expertise of Elite’s software product and application suites.
- Developing SQL skills and gaining technical knowledge of Elite's software products in cloud-based and hybrid environments.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, Finance Analyst, and/or Accounting and Finance.
- 2+ years of technical, financial, accounting, and/or customer service experience with financial programs.
- Knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server, MS office, Azure, Azure Monitoring, Smartsheet, IE, Chrome, and relational database concepts.
- Exceptional customer service soft skills and excellent communication skills.
