Sales Operations Business Analyst at Elite Technology

Elite Technology is seeking a Sales Operations Business Analyst to work closely with the sales team and leadership to optimize processes, improve performance, and ensure data integrity. This role is critical to the success of the sales organization, driving alignment between sales, marketing, finance, and customer success.

The Sales Operations Business Analyst at Elite Technology will be responsible for:

• Sales Process Optimization: Analyze, document, and refine sales workflows to ensure efficiency and scalability.
• Data Management & Reporting: Maintain data integrity within the CRM and other sales tools, generate detailed reports, and deliver actionable insights on key metrics.
• Performance Analytics: Track and analyze sales team performance against KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Tool Administration: Oversee and optimize sales technologies, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure seamless lead management, accurate forecasting, and alignment on strategic priorities.
• Forecasting Support: Assist in the development and monitoring of accurate sales forecasts, leveraging historical data and current market trends.
• Training & Documentation: Develop and maintain training materials for sales tools and processes, supporting team onboarding and continuous education.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with standard Salesforce objects.
• Experience with building custom reports.
• Understanding what Stages and Forecast categories are used for.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner.
• A proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and innovation.
