Zip is seeking a Partner Success Manager to own the end-to-end engagement for a portfolio of merchants. The role involves developing and executing vertical treatment strategies, driving profitable growth, and aligning business goals within merchant partnerships. The Partner Success Manager will work cross-functionally with Product, Risk, Engineering, Marketing & Legal teams within Zip.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking responsibility for the growth and retention of a portfolio of accounts.
  • Managing key relationships with decision-makers.
  • Activating key programs to drive the value of the partnership with Zip.
  • Planning and preparing business reviews with stakeholders.
  • Building and executing account plans to drive growth.
  • Driving strategic problem-solving.
  • Maintaining Salesforce.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitating training and support for junior partner managers.

Requirements:

  • 3-4+ years of experience in Financial Services, BNPL, Account Management, or similar roles.
  • A good understanding of Consumer Credit, BNPL Payments, eCommerce and Retail.
  • A growth mindset.
  • Great planning and time management skills.
  • Exceptional experience in presentation and building business cases.
  • Experience using Sales CRM’s (Salesforce, Tableau) preferred.
  • An aptitude for identifying and managing risks.
