Senior Product Designer, Repayments at Zip Co Limited

Zip is seeking a Senior Product Designer in its Repayments squad, located in Sydney. The candidate will work on complex products used by millions of customers, focusing on repayments experiences and improving key success metrics.

This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of 2 days in Zip's Sydney CBD office.

Role involves:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Engineers, Customer Experience).
• Designing across the web app and some native design work.
• Continuously exploring and introducing new features.
• Advocating for design quality to craft innovative experiences.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in interaction or product design.
• Mobile and web experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating ability to solve customer problems.
• Experience working on complex products (financial products are a bonus).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working with design systems.
