Corporates Ratings - Director (London) at KBRA

Kroll Bond Rating Agency UK Limited is seeking a Director to join its Corporates Ratings team in London. The Director will focus on conducting fundamental credit analysis and research across various sectors. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to produce timely corporate credit opinions.

The Director will also conduct credit research, analyze trends, identify key rating factors, and evaluate evolving credit metrics. The individual will interact with senior management of corporate issuers and their advisors.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the credit rating process including preparing internal credit memos, cash flow analysis and publishing credit reports
• Author sector research for investors and lenders
• Assist in the development and evolution of rating processes and analytical tools.
• Participate in issuer and investor meetings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
• 7+ years’ experience as a financial analyst
• Prior fundamental credit training
• Understanding of capital markets
• Experience with corporate financial statements
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT is a plus
