Job Description
Qualio, a company focused on empowering life science teams, is seeking an Account Executive to drive business growth and build a world-class sales organization. The Account Executive will play a key role in new customer acquisition, utilizing a consultative, value-based sales approach.This role involves:
  • Driving sales volume while educating customers on Qualio's value.
  • Managing the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, proposal, and close.
  • Developing an understanding of the industry and competitive landscape.
  • Identifying and navigating customer buying processes.
  • Providing sales forecasts and managing the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to optimize the customer experience.
Requirements include:
  • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, with 2+ years in a closing role.
  • Experience with Salesforce and other sales tools.
  • Proven success selling to C-level executives in the MidMarket space.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Motivation and a track record of exceeding quota.
  • Aptitude for data analysis.
