Job Description
Qualio, a company focused on empowering life science teams, is seeking an Account Executive to drive business growth and build a world-class sales organization. The Account Executive will play a key role in new customer acquisition, utilizing a consultative, value-based sales approach.This role involves:
- Driving sales volume while educating customers on Qualio's value.
- Managing the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, proposal, and close.
- Developing an understanding of the industry and competitive landscape.
- Identifying and navigating customer buying processes.
- Providing sales forecasts and managing the sales pipeline.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to optimize the customer experience.
Requirements include:
- 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, with 2+ years in a closing role.
- Experience with Salesforce and other sales tools.
- Proven success selling to C-level executives in the MidMarket space.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Motivation and a track record of exceeding quota.
- Aptitude for data analysis.
