Corporates Ratings - Director (NY / Chicago)

Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA) is seeking a Corporates Ratings Director to join their team. The Director will focus on conducting fundamental credit analysis and research across various sectors. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver timely corporate credit opinions. The Director will also contribute to credit research, analyzing trends and key rating factors.Responsibilities include:

• Leading the credit rating process.
• Authoring sector research for investors and lenders.
• Assisting in the development of rating processes and analytical tools.
• Participating in issuer and investor meetings.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of financial analysis experience.
• Prior fundamental credit training.
• Understanding of capital markets.
• Experience with corporate financial statements.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools is a plus.
