Job Description
Vectra is seeking a Director of Corporate Finance to lead the corporate finance function, reporting to the VP of Finance. This role involves partnering with the CEO and CFO, owning annual and long-range strategic plans. The director will support senior leaders in G&A and Operations, driving financial and strategic execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead long range planning cycle.
  • Lead planning and forecasting efforts for G&A and Operations functions.
  • Partner with CEO, CFO and Vice President of Finance to identify an annual and long range plan.
  • Develop financial models.
  • Deliver analysis and reporting of the business' financial results.
  • Analyze key performance indicators, financial trends and develop key insights and recommendations.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to drive operational efficiency.
  • Provide analytical decision-making support for business partners.
  • Drive continual process improvement.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed and present findings to senior management.

Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of progressive finance experience in high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Corporate FP&A experience required; Sales finance experience preferred.
  • Experience consolidating financial results within financial planning tools (Adaptive Planning preferred).
  • Forward-thinking mindset.
  • Advanced financial modeling capabilities in Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, operational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with ability to be agile.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field required.
