Paid Digital Marketing Manager (Contractor)

Job Description

Vectra is seeking a Paid Digital Marketing Manager to manage paid digital marketing campaigns and serve as the interface between the marketing agency and internal teams. This role involves collaborating with the Digital Marketing agency, Field Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with business goals.Responsibilities:

• Serving as the primary liaison between the digital marketing agency and internal stakeholders.
• Working closely with Field Marketing and Sales teams to prioritize campaigns and programs.
• Coordinating with the agency to execute and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
• Monitoring campaign metrics and providing updates to internal teams.
• Facilitating collaboration between the agency and internal design/content teams.
• Providing audience insights and feedback to improve campaign targeting.
• Tracking daily spend and pacing to ensure campaigns stay within budget.
• Working with the agency to propose and analyze A/B tests.
• Collaborating with the agency to monitor industry trends and competitors.
• Using tools like SFDC, Tableau, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms to analyze campaign performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience managing or assisting with paid digital campaigns.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with external agencies or vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Web, Field Marketing, Sales, and creative teams.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
