Vectra Networks is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in Southern California. The Regional Sales Manager will identify, cultivate, and close new business sales relationships with enterprise accounts, focusing on CISO/CIO/CTO-level contacts. Identifying and closing new business opportunities.
Developing and executing account strategies.
Partnering with sales engineers for product demonstrations and POCs.
Building strong customer relationships for retention and expansion.
Forecasting revenue and communicating deal status.
Managing and developing channel partners.
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of enterprise sales experience in security, networking, or software solutions.
Proven ability to exceed quotas.
Experience closing complex enterprise sales.
Experience managing deals of $200K+ and high-value transactions above $1M+.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
