Kroll Bond Rating Agency Europe Limited is seeking an Associate Director/Director for its Financial Institutions team in Dublin. The role involves credit ratings and research on European financial institutions. The candidate will lead credit rating processes, conduct financial analysis, and present recommendations to rating committees.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading credit rating processes for financial institutions
• Conducting in-depth financial statement analysis
• Preparing committee memos and reports
• Presenting credit rating recommendations
• Monitoring a portfolio of financial institutions
• Collaborating on industry reports
• Participating in management meetings and industry conferences

The ideal candidate should have:

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, math, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial institutions, credit rating, or capital markets
• Expertise in credit analysis of banks or non-bank financial institutions
• Strong financial statement analysis skills
• Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools is a plus
