Job Description

Vectra AI, a leader in AI-driven threat detection and response, is seeking a Technical Integrations Engineer to join their Technical Marketing Group. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining integrations with Vectra's technology partners. The engineer will serve as the primary technical contact for inbound integration requests, collaborate with technology partners, and contribute to the architectural design of integration solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as technical reference for integration requests.
  • Working with customers to gather and define integration requirements.
  • Managing outsourced projects and coordinating with external developers.
  • Testing and validating developed solutions.
  • Developing technical demos, content, and documentation.
  • Collaborating with the Technical Integrations Lead.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of SIEM and SOAR systems.
  • Proficiency in programming and working with RESTful APIs.
  • Experience managing projects from concept to production.
  • Strong communication skills for creating technical documentation.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
