Ebury, a leading global fintech company, is seeking an Account Manager - FX Dealing to join their fast-growing team in Bucharest. The role involves providing daily operational and trading assistance to corporate clients, acting as a key point of contact and ambassador for Ebury's products and services.

Role involves:

  • Looking after a portfolio of 200-300 clients who will be trading online through our EBO platform
  • Understanding of clients' business activity /core business, FX needs
  • Making sure clients have Ebury as their main platform for trading and making payments internationally

Requirements:

  • Passionate about client servicing and exceeding customer expectations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
  • Confidence in liaising between internal departments and dealing directly with clients
  • Capacity to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
  • Commercial awareness and ability to identify new business opportunities
  • Head for numbers and attention to detail
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Romanian and English fluency
  • Sales skills/experience a plus
  • Knowledge of FX
  • Adaptability in a dynamic environment
