Foreign Exchange Dealer at Ebury

Ebury, a leading global fintech company, is seeking a Foreign Exchange Dealer for their Auckland CBD office. The ideal candidate will possess proven dealing/trading experience and exceptional sales skills. This role is crucial in promoting Ebury's growth by targeting international operating companies in the local market.

As an FX Dealer at Ebury, the individual will be responsible for:

• Servicing a portfolio of corporate clients across various products, including FX hedging, lending, & cash management.
• Executing FX trades (SPOT, FWD, NDF, FX OPTIONS etc.) with multiple liquidity providers.
• Collaborating with sales teams to assist in business origination.
• Understanding client's business environments and providing tailored solutions.
• Delivering on dealer-specific KPIs and building strong client relationships.
• Expanding existing business and providing feedback to technology and product managers.
• Originate new business via networking with existing clients for business referrals.

Ebury requires candidates to have:

• Strong Financial Services / FX sales experience.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements.
• Business/finance academic background (a plus).
• Proven ability to bring passion, energy and motivation to a sales organisation.
• First-class communication skills and skilled negotiator.
